Islamic Gold Bracelet

Islamic Gold Bracelet with Turquoise Inlays Ca.11th-12th century AD. Size 2 3/8 inches diameter. weight 14 grams. Highly decorated gold bracelet composed of a multi-piece sheet gold with two gold coiled wire hinges, one set with a pin-type closure. Two matching gold collars at the top, each set with a pale turquoise center stone. Highly decorated on the interior of the bracelet with an overall floral and vine design. Interior center band of the bracelet, originally inlaid with a center leather inset, one now missing and the other somewhat decomposed. Some minor imperfections, but a very nice, beautifully made example.
